Floorplans and Visio

Cartographer's Corner has a new guide about using Microsoft Visio to design modern day floorplans. It is a nice tool and an easy to understand tutorial. Even if some users would probably claim there are other alternatives that can be better than Visio, we shouldn't forget one thing: Visio is part of the Microsoft Office suite. Many people might have access to it already, and if they have Visio installed there is no reason against trying to utilize its potential.
